I highly recommend Excellence Awning to anyone seeking awning services or products. We scheduled our awning repair with Max who was not only prompt in his responses but also took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He was willing to take on a complicated horizontal blind over an interior skylight that several other awning companies refused to take a look at.
The company provided a detailed overview of the service process and made sure I was fully informed about what to expect. Both technicians worked diligently and quickly to ensure that our awning operated smoothly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the end result!
We'll definitely call them for any future awning repairs.

The chain broke on a large roller shade covering a 3 panel sliding glass door.
I called Excellence Awning Service and they scheduled an appointment the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and when we needed another part, they went to get it and returned within an hour.
The roller shade was hard to pull up. They figured out a solution and now it works better than ever!
Highly recommend them.

We love our new Aluminum insulated patio cover! It took a little over 6 weeks from paying 10% downpayment to actual install. Install is a full day. We are very pleased with the over-all service, from initial consulation with Max, follow-ups on delays, actual day of install and additional patching and finishing up of the actual project. After the install, they took time to clean-up, everything was left the same way they came in. We initially had issues with the light color but the guys were able to provide solutions. Thank you! We highly recommend this company. They are very professional, great service. Price is very competitive, we got quotes from multiple companies for this project and we highly recommend Excellence Awning! Patio installed August 2022.

Max and his team installed retractable/Roman shades over my pool last month. The work they did was outstanding. It was a challanging job in the first place since the shades were placed over a pool. However, they came up with a very creative solution. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional.
Initially, I obtained quotes from four different installers. I found Max's offer to be very competitive, but, most importantly, he was the most knowledgeable about the system I purchased.
I would like to mention also Jesus, a member of the team, that helped with the creative solution.
I highly recommend this company!!!

I am a proud repeat customer of Sunsetter Awning products, but with every new location, we go through the process of finding someone affordable and professional to install these large, self contained electric retractable units. Our most recent one is 18 ft long and 179 lbs, and the prospect that someone might damage it trying to install it was worrisome. We contacted a number of awning businesses but after talking to them I didn't feel confident about their familiarity with the product. When I spoke to Excellence, they assured me they have installed hundreds of Sunsetter awnings, and I can vouch for their amazing skill and speed. Max and his able assistant were able to unbox it (from a 20 ft tube )and get the whole thing installed, connected and functional within 2+ hours of arriving! I was frankly amazed as I was anticipating lots of drama!
I understand they also install patio covers and shades as well. I can highly recommend these guys! They are friendly, courteous and professional-- and they cleaned up completely after the job. The final result is a beautiful addition to my studio!

Max and team did an amazing job with our rooftop retractable awning installation! Our house is extremely tough to bring large pieces through, much less up 3 flights of stairs and they did it with ease and no damages to the walls!
Max's pricing was extremely fair and competitive against other awning companies and his installers are nice and professional. The entire team are truly masters of their craft!
We were concerned with how they would tap the constant power on top of the roof and any potential damage, however his installers were able to get the job done seamlessly!
